The Wright brothers lived in a world where the idea of flying machines had been contemplated for centuries, human flight had ALREADY been attained, aluminum, electricity, precision machining and internal combustion engines did already exist and people had been building gliders for decades.
Technology doesn't develop in a vacuum.

Balloons, gliders, and motors for various things before planes. There is a progression to things.

All this progression has already been made though? They have a lot of stuff to learn from ancient civs yet. Not to mention that a lot of stuff is being discovered as they go because back then Ash had a breakthrough in a way to decipher more of the ancient texts.

If this ever gets axed it would be hilarious if the author just does a fast forward to 50 years later and it just a world war trench warfare scenario with a message about how they should have been careful with technology

I really hope this doesn't go (so fast) to that route. Most inventors who saw it, were deeply saddened by the way people used their inventions for war and destruction.

I could try starting from mangadex's latest release this time, a lot of people might not want to read it if it suddenly picks up from where I personally left off (which was probably lifted from the official publication somewhere)

This would be a dream come true! I think I can count in my fingers the amount of mangas I rated 10 here (and I'm sure Ive read more that 300 titles), and this is one of them.

Read it. Good stuff. And yeah, people (myself included) would probably appreciate it if we could get it from chapter 4 onwards. But be careful. If it's already licensed in English, the publishers might not take kindly to you scanlating it, and there's a possibility of legal action being taken against you.

Darnit, crying in non English country here. Instead, they could use some form of location and block it for countries that already have the manga.
Sadly, maybe this manga will also be affected, since translator has been banned for even trying .
