I was looking for it in the isekai genre. I couldn't find it because it wasn't tagged as isekai the tag should be added.

Well, this one became really uninteresting after a while. At first, it was a somewhat coy comedy about futanari, and was somewhat interesting for it, but then it just went into straight up porn. The erotic and lewd elements were always there, but there was a sense of subtlety in the actual depiction, basically a softcore ecchi manga. It was an ecchi comedy manga for futa lovers, something I don't think has ever existed. I guess making something new and unique just wasn't appealing to the mangaka though, so he decided to just go straight into porn with some comedy, maybe, if you're lucky, and good, and eat your veggies. You can actually see the shift in focus pretty plainly, it starts off not directly showing the dicks, only outlines and such, and there was a focus on comedy. Mostly just somewhat funny ways the futas got hard, plus the fact that one of the futas had a little pocket pistol, compared to the magnums that are typical of futanari, but hey, it got a laugh out of me here and there. Then the artist started showing the balls, but not the dicks directly, nor the titties, and there was much less comedy. Then, everything just got bared for all to see, and comedy left for milk and a pack of smokes. And now, it's just a pretty boring hentai doujinshi. Especially after Yuri's sexual awakening in chapter 25, which I really ought to commend the author for. At least he directly told us the shift was happening. I don't know, I wasn't even all that invested, but even then I'm disappointed. The comedy wasn't even especially funny, but it was something, y'know? I liked it at least a bit, and so seeing the shift was just yawn-inducing. Seeing as how there's a bunch of futa around, though, maybe I should be more careful about opening my mouth. That aside, I really should've seen it coming three miles away. It's just that it's a bit disappointing, is all. It's just so typical of a coomer mindset, where any softcore sexual elements have to be turned into hardcore porn, and I fucking hate the coomer mindset. For an example of what I mean, look at the whole Jack-O pose thing. In the original game, it's just a coy, slightly sexual thing, barely even a little titillating. Then, when it became a bit of a popular meme for artists to make a rendition on, you had people messing around with it. You'd see Potemkin doing it, a Mobile Suit doing it, and even freaking Joe Biden, it was hilarious. And of course, you'd have the people doing it with their oc's, or other characters, as it was in the original game: coy, slightly sexual, usually made to be a bit more titillating than it was in the original game, a bit more of the butt in frame, maybe show the titties pressed against the ground. But of course, like I said, coomers took the slightly sexual thing, and pushed it all the way into porn, to a ridiculous extent in many cases, as is typical of hentai made by artists who are also coomers. I just... I don't even know why I'm bothering to write this out, hell, I don't know why I bother having the thoughts and feelings in the first place. It's vexing, I suppose. Feels like nobody cares to be subtle anymore, nobody cares to be coy, not to mention that it feels like so many more things are moving towards the "sex sells" approach. It's annoying and jading to get the gut feeling that the sexy stuff on my screen was made to be sexy to get me to buy something, or was made by the artist because he, basically, just couldn't keep his dick in his pants. And everything with sexy stuff these days is giving me that feeling. Whereas in the past, it usually felt like the artist was like, a cool big bro, giving me a wink and a nudge as he showed me some hot chick. Maybe my perspective is just off, maybe it's just all in my head. But this manga turned hentai is a microcosm of the annoying and frankly unappealing way that sexual things are handled these days, from my perspective.

Maybe I'm just crazy, or at least, maybe I'm crazier than everyone else. I don't know, I guess I just hope you, if you read any of my rambling, think just a little harder on these things. Feels like people, well frankly, primarily men, are just fine with being pandered to sexually. At the least, nobody else seems to get the feeling they're being pandered to, so I guess I just want others to think on it, and either vindicate this persistent feeling I'm getting, or somewhat put it to rest. Am I the only one who thinks more stuff is getting to be pandering? Or has everyone just become so desensitized that softcore is less soft than ever? Maybe I really am just crazy? I simply don't know. Sorry for the rant, farewell.

Man, you really went and wrought an entire essay, dunno why you complainin about it becoming porn, things just worked out naturally for MC girl, which is much better in my opinion rather then infinite teasing through awkward incidents like the entirety of ecchi comedy manga does

ChatGPT tldr;
The text expresses disappointment with a manga that started as a coy comedy about futanari (characters with both male and female sexual characteristics) but gradually turned into explicit pornography. The author laments the loss of subtlety and comedy as the manga focused more on explicit sexual content. They criticize the trend of softcore elements being transformed into hardcore porn, which they attribute to a "coomer mindset." The author also expresses concerns about the increasing sexualization of media and the feeling of being pandered to as a consumer. They wonder if they are alone in noticing this trend or if others share their perspective.

In summary, the text discusses the shift of a manga from a lighthearted comedy with erotic elements to a full-fledged explicit hentai doujinshi and expresses frustration with the increasing sexualization and pandering in media. The author questions whether their concerns about this trend are valid or if they are simply overthinking it.

I don’t care if they don’t want to call themselves “females” as long as they have big boobs, curves of a woman or have pen** and zero men elves I’m so good with it.
