It's still too early to tell and so far the plot points have been handled very maturely so like other people have said, hopefully it will be a one-sided crush where Luluca gets turned down gently and can move on.

If for some insane reason it turns out to not be one-sided, it would be either a very dark turn for the manga or a very weird and uncomfortable one, and either way that would be a one way ticket to ruining the whole story.

I've heard teaching middle school is really rough, because all the kids are developing hormones for the first time. Middle schoolers crushing on teachers is more common than you think... and, obviously, any teacher that acts on it is a criminal.
