The MC is a VR player that was Isekai'd as his Elf character to a new world, but the skeleton cosmetic skin managed to get permanently applied when he arrived. Not only is he trying to find a way back to Earth, he's trying to return his appearance to normal while doing it.

Basically it's an Overlord knockoff, but all the concepts were reversed to make it "distinct".

1. Living being that looks like undead instead of actually being undead.
2. Good-aligned Pope/Paladin instead of Evil-aligned Necromancer/Spellcaster
3. Traveling the world and going on adventurers with random people instead of staying at his Tomb-Fortress and defending it against everyone else.
4. Pledges loyalty to the people he meets instead of having them pledge loyalty to him.

I actually remember all of that. And he temporarily returned to human form while taking a bath, I believe.

Was a joke, since we've not seen him for half a year or something.

I need to correct that it isnt an Elf character all scanlations I saw he had a normal human body in the Scene where he got it back. The only 1 I ever saw was confirmed fake. So as far as we know he had a human character with the skeleton skin, because he never stated his race at all.
