Maybe it'll be like those times when a character does something out of pure innocence and after making a decision/saying something they realized what they did/said.
But if this is the case, I don't really get why josette would be mad at carol giving kent head or Kent painting carol white…
Sure, josette could say "nobles Shouldn't" but besides the bread she have no reason to be mad about the head. If she gets angry because a man she doesn't really knows spent some time with someone else, that's just the author being a bad writer.
