Tbh I feel nothing for Marie. She took credit for MC's bread with the association and has passed off multiple improvements as here own. She did the bean yeast and mixed buckwheat in for bread (something that was already a known thing for their world) but that's basically it.
So honestly, not very fond of her at this point, Jose swooning her or not, it only makes her less appealing considering everything. Not even worth paying her mind romantically when she has zero conscience or guilt whatsoever about that. Everything including now the investments coming to her to expand the bakery are 100% thanks to MC in the first place.
Bro needs to take Best girl (Josette) and her sister and move on to being a home remodeler (hell, he could make a killing selling bagged cement and construction materials from hardware sections, I bet too like how a few Isekai guys did with some simpler products that were higher quality).
