Side note: MC needs to continue to man up and work on his lack of confidence, main characters like him can ruin a story, look at Kazuya from Rent A GF as a prime example

Congrats to Mie for finally opening up about his own opinions and being a manga author

Even as someone who isn't a creator or author, I think it should be apparent that "ripping off whats popular" or stealing idea from other people just because it's popular is wrong, and all it does is hurt creativity and the medium in general with oversaturation of the same ideas and plotlines.

It's fine to take inspiration from other works while working on your own craft, but you should always strive to make something that you can be proud of rather than what will get the most attention.

Too bad your not an editor or publisher. It's a business, they just want to make as much money as they can.

Yeah, all he did is jump off a ship to save Chizuru from drowning, made a movie for her, bonded with and cared for her only family, confessed multiple times, and truly loves her and wants her to be happy.

About damn time they addressed his low confidence problem of keeping this a secret at school for no good reason.

Not that he should be boasting, but at least don't be secretive about it just because of low self-esteem. Yokota needs to be humbled again, but this time it should be under Mie's own power and not from Aina who wrecked him last time. Continue this and maybe I'll consider that he's gained another vertebra on the way to growing that spine.

Am I the only one who thinks that the riajuu asshole kinda becomes a bit more likeable since he's so honest about his shitty attitude? The really disgusting douchebags are the ones who pretend to be nice, but this guy's totally upfront about everything shitty he does and doesn't give a crap what anyone thinks about it. I'm not saying he's a good guy or anything, it's just that he could've been worse.
