It can be. You guys are the ones translating it, so you should do what you think is best. You seemed to indicate that you were happier to use "fave" than "oshi" originally and the change only seems to have come about because a bunch of people kicked up a big fuss about it and were negative/critical about the quality of the work solely because of word choice (which is asinine). It's one thing to take other people into account in making your choices, but quite another to go against your own judgement because of insults or threats even if they are somewhat benign given that nobody can really do anything to you on some random anonymous internet forum.
You can read through all the argument in chapter 47's comments, I always gave my honest opinion on this matter and never agreed with people who think oshi is better cause "it has more nuance than just fave".

I simply just changed it so people stop causing war and complain all the time over 1 mere word, it can get annoying and it's better to avoid it, but I guess changing it also makes people comment on it.
Anyhow, it's not like we were against using oshi in the first place. We were trying to make the wordplay work in Ch47 that uses oshi = push to which Seo misunderstands, so felt compelled to translate the word oshi too... people just like to ignore this simple fact and think it was as simple as preferring to write fave over oshi xD And I wrote this many times, but not everyone knows what the hell is oshi, most of the staff or discord member didn't know, I think they still don't know, so I still think assuming that most people know what it means is just wrong.
