I will say, it's made a bit better by the fact that Fuyuki is completely ignoring the sister's antics and just considers her cute instead. So at least there's no drama/tension.

But it's still just bad character writing. The breasts-temp scene is made totally weird when the adult sister comes and joins in. Let's just hope this is done in the next one-two chapters.

I usually like the occasional misunderstanding between characters, at least the kind without the melodrama, but the sister character feels just so forced as a source of low stakes conflict.

I don't think the author meant her character for that but rather a setup for jokes

At this point, I think the author is just satirizing usual bad and overly done tropes of romance with this series. The reader was expected to react badly to the sister, only to be poked by the wife and the author by proxy.
