I actually found out about mangadex through reddit. And since ppl of both sites speak in the same way sometimes, I thought mangadex is like reddit but manga site. Reddit doesn't bat an eye at these kinda stuff, that's why I was surprised.

Yeah, Same - I like the mob-to-op stories... but the interesting parts of those is the getting strong arc, not effortlessly killing everyone. This is like a parody of isekai mangas, where they cutt off anything redeemable apart from cute waifus, and put only the payoffs.

Also, the MC is trash.

Okay, so here's my theory: why the protag females all love the MC, it's cause despite how he dated them in the game, it was he who did the dating, so when he acts the same way in person, of course, the girls want him; they already fell in love with him once.
