• Moved the queen to the head of the country for a period of 15-20 years.
• Gave her a "royal" child, which means that her child will rule the country next.

Vs:

• If she had stayed faithful to the king, then she wouldn't rule and nor would her (nonexistent) child.
• If she had gotten pregnant by some other man (who wasn't as powerful as Sasuke) then the king would have executed her.

So he's done nothing but benefit her -- i.e. the complete opposite of his father.
