I like the idea, but the MC apparently doesn't understand what an evil villain is. He's trying to be evil for the sake of being evil, where a real evil villain is just someone who is willing to use evil methods to achieve their goals.

He's thinking more like a teenage boy with severe chunni syndrome than a reincarnated salaryman.
