I fucking hate having a limited plan these retards have me on 50 gigs a month what am I supposed to play with that my p*nis? these games nowadays are so goddamn storage heavy I can't download any actual big AAA games cause the lowest they go now is 60 gigs, zero consideration for people that lack the space and/or the data to download it, I'm stuck playing indies or old games cause they are less data intensive than modern ones, not like I can even play ff16 anyway since it is a ps5 exclusive and diablo IV is a data hell hole that gets constant big updates. man this data isn't even enough to last me the end of the month just reading manga

Technically gaming news, ILLUSION was thought to be dead but they came back under a new name ILLGAMES. So it's just a rebranding. Apparently their new ToS prohibit modding but I doubt that's gonna stop anybody.

The only game that fit less than 50 gigs a month are Jun Maeda games.

Bringing this back for a short rant about Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons.

I hate the new games. The people at Marvelous spend all their brainpower thinking up gimmicks, and then forget to make the games actually fun. I mean, you're really going to let Stardew Valley kick your ass? You guys invented the farming sim. Just go back to basics, like with 64 and Back to Nature. They were some of the only good ones.

Also, 64 is better than Friends of Mineral Town.

I honestly got very much bothered with a game I bought on steam updates... ...and adds in bloody Denuvo. Bloody thing bogged down my machine playing that game.

I was doing that weird personality quiz at the beginning of the gameboy version of Dragon Quest III, and I decided to answer it seriously for fun. After I was done though, the game basically told me I'm a terrible person, and it says bully on the main character's status page.

I was kind of huge about Dauntless back when it was out (2019) because budget Monster Hunter + PC accessibility + you can meet other people in the town (as opposed to just looking at a list of lobbies)

But there's a bunch of weirdly bad executive-level decisions eventually killing a good game (and laying off hundreds of employees). Why did the owners buy Porsche instead of putting the money into development...........
