i really love how accurate the journalist in this manga
The media often plays devil advocates to fool the masses. No surprise there. If you blindly believe the media that's sponsored or are pets to certain important figures (obscured or otherwise) that control the public order, then you're just a sheep. If you want to know the truth behind the warped stories, you need to reach out to the actual subjects yourself, one on one.
In today's world, neutral people like world travelers witness the world very differently than the sheep who only stay herded in safe spaces, who are also afraid of the unknown. Those neutral people are like Drew Binsky, for example. Go check him out in his travelog/vlog on YouTube to see what he sees about the cultures he had experienced in all the countries he had ever visited. I believe he'd already visited almost all of the existing countries of today. In short, Drew Binsky is more or less Itami.
& then there are absolutely shitty people like this one asshole male journo Komurashitty here, whose aim is to provoke people for some shitty reason only he knows. For clout & opposition, just to create dirt of whatever they can make money off of. & then he finished everything off by throwing that burning cigarette butt on a grass field. He deserves to be robbed or killed by bandits & monsters on foreign land.
