"Unless there's actual harm, public servants don't take action.
But if you look at Keekihime's stalker situation, even when harm did occur, the Japanese police still didn’t take action.

That’s why most victims don’t report crimes to the japanese police, because it's useless, and ironically, it’s also why Japan is considered one of the safest countries in the world, because if no crimes are reported, then it must be safe, right?
The fact that Japanese police care more about maintaining a good image than helping victims is seriously messed up."
Reminds me that I once read that Japan has very distorted rape statistic because they define it legally as "forced vaginal penetration".
So that already rules out a lot of the female victims and all male victims even if they are young boys

You most likely mean articles similar to this:
Japan is often said to have one of the lowest rape rates in the world, and Japanese police claim to solve 97 percent of rape cases. But in reality, only 5–10 percent of rape victims report it to police, and police record half or less of reported cases while prosecutors charge about one-third of recorded cases. The result of this process of caseload attrition is that for every 1,000 rapes in Japan, only 10–20 result in a criminal conviction – and fewer than half of convicted rapists are incarcerated. Similar patterns characterize Japan's criminal justice response to other sex crimes. This article shows that impunity for sex offenders is extremely common in Japan, and it argues that patriarchal social and legal norms help explain this pattern.

For the rest of the article, see the source.
I don't know how accurate the case studies are because of factors like cognitive bias or political narratives, so I take every information with a grain of salt, but because I have seen human incompetence and their more awful tendencies, I'm more inclined to believe there is some truth to the studies. I say this because statistics can be inaccurate or skewed, and people often look at data superficially without examining its context.

I hope I didn't yap too much. I wanted to share a source for people curious about the topic.

Miyoko looks so amazing in those clothes. Mahiro taking her out shopping was really wholesome.

The close-up of Hiiragi's boobs on pg 16 was very nice. Her breasts are so pretty and plump. A very beautiful and blessed bosom.

Thank you for the translation.
honestly i tend to be too focused with the text i kinda skimmed over the art and comments like yours make me recheck them.

also funny that people give you reactions for saying that, sure it's a depressing manga but man i'm pretty sure the author wants you to point those out by drawing them that way
