I like how the prince helps show just how important Natori is to the mix of things. She gives these people entirely different world views from their rigid thought processes, and I feel that is something that needed to be addressed more. It's why the villianess is probably so captivated by her, and it makes me happy that this was just a nice chapter for growth for the protag. I do want to get to the yuri stuff, but we rarely get slow paced character growth like this with yuri manga, and let alone something with a male in it. Doesn't even seem like the prince is that supportive of the yuri couple; he's just legit trying to live his life.
