NGL, I thought they were going to trot out that old trope as soon as the merchant started talking about artifacts that couldn't be identified or repurposed.

Ok, using the previous chapter's certificate as a decoder wheel we can now be pretty certain that the manga does typos in its runes.

The store sign says "Magic and steemgears" (neither steel nor steam, just steem)
