I get its the point, but there's a limit to how much enjoyment can be had from an emotionless main character that's as empathetic as a brick as she somehow easily slaughters everyone in an MMO she JUST started... pls nerf! Game devs you suck at balancing! 😅 😂

There's no build-up to make the kills satisfying either. Its just killing for the sake of killing. Which I again realise is the point, but one-trick ponies are boring, no?

@throwthedice she is overpowered because she possesses IRL assassin's skills. She is a natural born killer, while others players are assisted by the system. It's a common occurence in VRMMO stories, a martial artist or whatnot being stronger because he knows how to seriously fight.

@da the players can keep each others in check. Sure, they always would be NPC killed by players, but it would be the peasant and similar. Important NPC would always be surrounded by players and they themselves would be strong, so if somebody tries to kill him, it's him who would be dead. Toxic players are a minority. A big minority, but still a minority. There already was a MMO where all NPCs could be killed, and in the first server it took some months before the important NPCs were killed

@diablossa they try to put her in an eternal death loops. She respawn, she is killed directly. And the NPC try to put her in jail without any of her members (or binded) to avoid her killing herself.

Though, even if I said that, I still find her a bit too overpowered and the game community too utopistic. Not totally unrealistic, but still a bit unrealistic.

While I enjoy this, I don't like how everyone's else IQ is way below 60 just to make her look good... She come up with this living costume by herself but of course no one else did it before? even if that's the most incredible OP thing you could've done ? (is like having semi aimbot reflexes and attacks) and the other clases are like "I will swing my sword HYAAA! or "I will shot this small fire ball at you WUUUSHHH!" aaaaaaah well, I'm just saying, I lowered my expectations after this fourth chapter.

@Ovnidemon Uhmm where does it say that "she possesses IRL assassin's skills"? And "that she is a natural born killer, while others players are assisted by the system"? All that we know about her is that she forced kids to eat insects. Just because someone is edgy doesn't mean they suddenly possess the powers of a god, being able to one-shot everyone at the start of a game and being extremely nimble. None of that is explained. This just reads like the wet dream of an 14 year old edgy kid, without anything being explained and all the powers not making any sense.

@throwthedice it's pretty clear in the first chapter that she is a psychopath. You can also see that she beat up the kid (he bleed) but she is unscathed, even though she doesn't have a strong constitution. People like that really exist in real life. You could call it "talent"

One of these stories (real), was an office worker coming home when it was burglarised. He succeeded in subduing everyone without a scratch while they were armed, even though he never followed any martial or military training. He just hit the weak points instinctively.

@Ovnidemon Alright, lets assume she has some god-given talent in murdering people without ever practicing, that still doesn't explain the one-shotting people at level 1 as she jumps across peoples heads. The idea behind the game would never work either due to people like her flooding the game, they'd all just go on a killing spree against npc's as they know the npc will never respawn and they're just a one-shot anyway, so it's a quick bit of fun for the edgy teenagers and within a few days of release the game would be left without any low level npc, eventually killing all the high level npc's as well.

In the end I can't enjoy a mc that is overpowered for the sake of being an overpowered murderhobo. Nothing got explained, the games mechanics are not making any sense and her being extremely talented to the point that it's extremely unbelieveable just doesn't make it a fun read for me.

If that's your thing, you do you, it's just not for me. Which is sad because I do usually like evil characters, especially when they have mental issues as to why they are acting that way and they tackle these problems as the story progresses, whether that ends good or bad.

Also, any chance you got a link to that story about the office worker? I googled it but couldn't find anything at all on it and am quite curious as to how it happened.

@Ovnidemon I argree with you on this point , but the fact that there will be also a group of toxic raider come into there games , I don't sure it this a good explame but the 2b2t spawn area it the perfect fit for a game with no rules

@throwthedice Something that the manga forgot to tell is that the game is only one day old. If the game has realistic damage system (like a FPS), it's possible. Though, I agree that the Tutorial uncle died too easily.
For the NPCs murder spree, I also answered that, and it was already done. The mmo (which acted more like a social study) had killable NPC and he took some times before the important NPCs were killed (Though peasants and the like were killed rapidly) (And it was not only because these NPC were strong, the players around them also had a tendency to help). (Old style MMO, looking like to UO)
For the office worker, it's an old story, 15-20 years ago. I don't even remember in which country it happened. I remember it was a small buzz at the times, but it was before (or at the beginning) of the social media. I learned about it via TV.

But as I said, even if I don't find it totally unrealistic, I still find exaggerated quite a bit, and hope it get better in the following chapters.
