Been a while. Lots of Mangakas took a few weeks off. Apparently, NikukaiQ-sensei thought this chapter was coming out last week but I guess someone told them it was this week. Regardless, it was worth the wait, imo. Hopefully this break gave NikukaiQ-sensei (and other Mangakas that took breaks) some much deserved rest.

Also, for the sake of those people on the last page, I hope those suits are waterproof.

When the planet first formed the weather was extremely dumb. Over a few million years it calmed down for the most part, then got dumb again when it got hit with big rock. After that had calmed down these crazy little idiots called humans showed up and discovered industrialization and began working hard to steadily make it dumber so a few assholes who won't live to see the consequences can have more money.

Is Komi Sunday-Webry? The official raw is on a site called websunday.net, which looks totally different from the sunday-webry.com that Oriko (and all the others you listed) are on. The face on the bottom and the premise of "classmate with a communication disorder" certainly looks like Komi, but the hairstyle seemed off to me at first glance, so I thought it might be some kind of Komi copycat by a different author.

Opposite. That's why animals that used to live in the Siberian steppe (Mammoths and the like) were generally so huge, and why cold-weather animals today still tend to be bigger than their warmer climate counterparts (polar bears vs other bears, moose vs deer, and so on).
