I dont know how to explain it but I like the art of this manga, but not really sure which part, maybe the angles or distribution of the panels? I'm not sure, for example page 7 and page 12 describe a lot what I feel, the angles and what they show are really good

Page 4 is also really good, the part when they show the mom's face and then Wakana's eye tells you a lot without much text

Ahhhh I can see why, but what I don’t get is why a teddy bear over what she wants. Not to disrespect about teddy bear, but girls like her should get what she needs. The way the mother got her is not right in Christmas respect the children wish even if theirs limits.

Yeah. Gives that feeling of how raising a child is difficult. Wakana not getting the Christmas present she wants, and how she actually wants to love, the connection aren’t so obvious.
And it’s not like the parents can’t give her the doll. They seem to be crazy rich, the type people try to win a favour from.

Although, from the story, it seems like even Wakana doesn’t know their personality. She just see them as their position as parents and people she must not disobey if she wants to be loved.

Looking at this chapter, it feels like those loopholes in laws of robotics stories where robots can bring harm to human because they justify it as the best course to protect human and they know better.

Wakana’s directive as Ruruna’s kin is interpreted by her as a selfish feeling of love. It doesn’t contradict because she is loyal, and will try to do what she thinks will bring happiness for Ruruna. Wakana even prioritise this feeling to Ruruna’s direct order, as if following the directives are higher priority than Ruruna herself ^^;
Which where came the problem, Ruruna is not into that kind of thing. She just wants a fans to adore her, not a lover.

It could be Girls (simp, simp's simp who hates MC, vampire hunter who teams up with simp's simp because they have a common enemy, simp for both simp alpha and MC who protects the couple by getting in the way of the other two) x Vampire.

I lowkey don't want it to be a harem. I interpret the "x" as a "vs", so it's not a ship thing to me (Someone x Someone). It could be wrong on my end...

Like how expensive? Cuz those dolls can be a couple grand. EDIT: The good ones anyway, plastic ones are pretty cheap.
