@MarqFJA87 Yeah, I know. Doesn't mean that the way she behaves is acceptable. Don't just mean the rambling at the end and not listening to the other girl telling her to stop, but all the "I am better then you" crap that she is currently doing to gain attention from people that are already her friends so she is just doing it because kids are kids and kids are evil.

Ofcourse not all kids are evil, *insert schpiel about growing up in a foster system that is atrocious and the entire society just being complete bull****".

@Chet31: You're complaining about something that 1) is rather commonplace in anime/manga, 2) is being used to achieve the requisite drama, and 3) I've never seen anyone else make so much of a fuss over (when it comes to fiction, at least; IRL yeah, it would be a horrible thing to do to just keep rambling without giving a second thought to anyone interrupting, especially since she's not in agitated state that would otherwise explain such behavior).

@MarqFJA87 1: Having it common place doesn't mean it is good or fun. 2: Forcing drama is common and sadly boring. 3: Not making a fuss, stating my opinion about forcing bad characters to just behave like babbling bafoons. Yes, I feel like she is a bad character in the sense that everyone else has their place but the only reason she exists is to create drama and honestly just behave like.. add whatever u feel like, which imo is lazy writing. It would have been better if it was done in some other way, like it being their third visit or something to establish that character to us again instead of everyone just going "Ah right, her. Lets never think about that one again forever and ever, begone".

Is Fran sometimes mean or bad? Sure. Most children are at some point. Did she purposefully intend to be mean or cruel to Mel here? ...Obviously not. And it's clear that she likes and cares about Mel and is just being a stereotypical tsundere character that's heavier on the "tsun."

Maybe it isn't acceptable, but they'll just have to push past that until it is!
