Just as BigSmoke_ said, it was somewhat interesting at first then got really boring. He gets good stuff/luck, sometimes he doesn’t want those things so in turn he gets more good stuff which he inevitably accepts. The other players are also boring, I guarantee you that someone would have done at least some of the “hidden quests” he’s done but it’s the mc, surely no one can do things that the mc can (sarcastic).

It doesn’t feel like a vr game that the mc was thrown into, it feels more like something made just and only for him. The mc can’t get more mc-like than this, kind, tragic(ish) life, unique hobby, talented, gets secret things, gets offered tons of good things, etc. Probably a 7.2 for me, very very very boring now.

Also, I’m sleepy right now so it’s probably very messy sorry for the wrong grammar that I probably have.

@Tiggoles Honestly, it might be hard to tell whether it was the author or the translation, as many medicines and conditions have SUPER different names in other languages. Also possible Korea combined them or something, who knows?
