Lets settle for yes it was abuse on grounds that fuckboi is initiating sex onto an emotionally vulnerable Sakura and her initial responses are shown to be resisting for a brief few moments. Midway through though, Sakura's signature move "sexy time mental blank out mode" kicks in and this is where you can say consent is loosely implied, further supported by them moving to the bedroom (off screened, maybe carried instead of willingly following). At no point is consent openly given by Sakura who probably right now prefers to dissociate from her self-deluded reality of Shinobu cheating on her and abandoning her. It's there but the legality and ethics of it are a bit more grey area things.

On that day for Sakura her world she had known until then just collapsed around her; Shinobu was a cheater, was going to stop being her manager, she was about to be alone again and the next closest person she could confide in was fuckboi by manipulative design. Even if Sakura had asked to be taken home during the taxi, fuckboi would have likely coerced into believing she shouldn't be alone at least for tonight, her only window to really escape without any confrontation was to leave when fuckboi left for the store. On a separate I verily much agree that Sakura as she is now doesn't deserve Shinobu so she better wake up quick from this false reality she's in.

Thinking one of the better twists we can get, although it might take some time to really show, fuckboi and blonde's agnecy being a black company. Fuckboi and blonde MO is to pick one actress at every new job they take to get close to and manipulate into signing with their agency where they soon get exploited and overworked. In cases where fuckboi is attracted to the target actress blonde helps fuckboi hook up with them asap.

What will piss me off to the absolute limit and make me consider dropping the manga is if mah boi Shinobu starts popping chubbies everywhere cause he gets excited thinking about fuckboiXSakura after 130. We also know Sakura lacks confidence, is absent-minded, and prefers to avoid confrontations. She was also being fed misleading info from fuckboi and blonde since this arc started. In an irl scenario 100% anyone should confront their SO if they catch them in an act like that, but this a manga and a little suspension of disbelief goes a long way, especially if you consider Sakura's character traits to this point. If they reconcile and Sakura wants to leave the agency there will ways to void the contract that the author could go with, that'll be up to them to really figure out.

Precisely, I was referring to the MC of Karamizakari (same author), and there have been small signs of Shinobu imagining Sakura with other men in his fantasies. This is also a good point about Shinobu being confused when Fumi and Sakura keep getting jumbled together in his mind, and really distracted him from what he should've been paying more attention to, Sakura. I'll be praying to the man up top that Shinobu doesn't turn into Karamizakari MC out of nowhere, because then the ending will be truly hard to stomach for a cast of characters that are so much more enjoyable to read about.

This mangaka has some wildly disturbed ideas when they put out some of these works, scars some people. Akaneya (Karamizakari) deserved so much better than what she got.

I just don't see it with sakura I can not see how she is redeemed and I don't think the author will redeem her or wants to so in the end one of us is right one is wrong and right now Sakura doesn't deserve shinobu. Then there is the agency we have really been shown anything about it no rumors or anything of the sort showing them to be shady fuckboi has been written as a golden boy better than shinobu at everything and right now sakura is living in his home so there isn't anything shinobu can do and with the way things have been written it doesn't seem the author plans to change anything about that fumi for the win.

Further digging into the texts seems difficult for Shinobu or anyone on his team to do currently. A GPS tracker being on one of Sakura's possessions seems a bit too extreme also, but won't say no if it's so.

The tracker would be an opportunity to save Sakura and Shinobu's relationship, and I don't know if the author is pretending that. Personally, I think the ending is about them separating, but it's also possible that even if they end up separated, they do so as friends after Shinobu saves her, but not to become a couple again.

Originally yes, now it has a few spinoffs/sequels and an official manga (Engtanglement: My lies your truth) covering the same storyline while introducing some new characters but the endings are nearly identical. Manga just focuses less on the sex and more character interpersonal drama and the various psychological concepts that are relevant to an awkward school romance in a group of friends.

While its a pretty good shot at a quick resolution by instantly exposing fuckboi's darker side, for there to actually have been a tracker, I'd be pretty surprised if this is ever the case. Imagining this ending is sad, but doesn't sound unreasonable at all, other than it'll shift the premise of the manga to something different if the story wants to continue and it might risk losing readers in that process.

All good on that front, we know where we stand and the things we agree on, like Sakura as she right now not being worthy of Shinobu, but it doesn't mean Shinobu gives up on her. This is why cliffhangers hurt, hoping there is a worthwhile pay off. The black company thing doesn't need any hints or buildup to be true, we'll see the signs soon enough if it's real.
