Well that is the thing I have seen plenty of netorare stories where the pathetic guy loses the girl that's not new to me him winning her back though rather rare.

I've read plenty of stories that go like that too. If we're talking just H-manga only I think the author that scarred me the most is Benimura Karu, the one with the 2 brothers NTR'ing their lil bro. Sometimes it gets to a point where you start treating that specific ending as a foregone conclusion just to make it easier. Still holding onto hope that this manga breaks the usual Katsura Airi script, especially for Shinobu's sake if not Sakura.

I think volume 12 covers up to chapter 127. So yes there should be if the is 9 chapters be 5 more left. So 12 will cover from 18-136 the next volume comes out on Aug 6 so that tracks 4 chapters in July and one in August. Wait all 5 would come out in July ch 136 will drop on the 31st

Yep I do to but the chapter numbers line up the dates line up so I think I'm right if this is the last volume the it ends at chapter 136 now that is enough for a fumi arch or a rushed sakura X shinobu retakes her arch.

The best case scenario, albeit rushed as all hell that even A-Train is like "dafuq". God I just hope we see Sakura devastated and full of regret, and Shinobu moving on. And if Sakura meets up with him, he just treats her like an acquaintance now and calls her by her surname and -san to drill it deeper into her (heh) that she fucked up.

Nah, the premise is dead in my opinion. Shinobu failed to protect Sakura (she gave herself up). I don't think there's anything that can revive the premise, only Fumi, but it wouldn't be the same.

No one knows what the final chapter count will be (until maybe tonight), as long as the connection between the two is not completely severed indefinitely anything can happen.

From the other side of the field I also wouldn't mind an ending like this. It hammers home the consequences of not making the right decisions, avoiding confrontation, and getting emotionally manipulated by shady people in a somewhat shady industry.

Well I'm a romantic so of course I want shinobu to win against fuck boy is don't think that will happen because of who the author is but what can be taken can be taken back plus that would let it be a romance because I hate straight netorare.

This ones a little bit complicated and could just be attributed to their initial meeting where he saw parts Fumi that reminded him of Sakura, which then sprouted into a weird charming effect that makes Shinobu mix up the two of them in his head. This is show by how distracted he got dealing with the movie and project and Fumi, and not focusing on Sakura enough to see the insecurities beginning to crop up in their relationship. At the end of day, for now at least Shinobu feeling's for Sakura far outweigh any sort of fascination he has towards Fumi, and author think his feelings are enough for Shinobu to keep going towards team Sakura, all we can do it strap further in, or head back to the search menu for another rom com.

You me both buddy, and I too hold a reasonable skepticism with Katsura Airi, as it stands my doubt is roughly at 40% (pretty big ik) with hopes that the artist and editor have more common sense so I'll favor them 30% each.
