Currently, when you have your Follow list as an RSS feed, it displays the manga title and the volume/chapter numbers, like this:
My suggestion is to add the group's name to that, so it would become like this:
Maybe there are more places this change could be applied to too, just suggested on RSS since it's one of my main methods of following stuff.

It would be a simple addition to help people who have a preferred group or just want to be wary against last chapter snipers.
