Group name in manga uploads

Hi everybody, I discovered this amazing site like two or three weeks ago, and I thought it would be a great choice for my fansub/scan group. It's called Sadame no Fansub, we started this activity in january 2018. Until now, I uploaded my chapters and volumes on mega.nz, but on that site you can't read online, you have to download. So, I wanted to upload chapters here too, to provide an online reading. However, I don't understand how to insert the group name when I upload the chapter...
