It's not really Imagine Breaker, that was just the end effect this time, and it is a pretty legitimate extension of the power we already knew she had. She didn't have a whole lot of mana, so her way to compensate for that was to train on efficiency of use. The first example of that was when she created an incredibly high powered shield for just a split second, just large enough to cover the area that was getting hit, whereas everyone else makes a big shield in that direction with whatever intesity their mana will support. If you've ever read Ascendance of a Bookworm, it's the same kind of thing Damuel does. She trained on being able to move her mana around to specific places in her body to get it where it was needed the most instead of using it everywhere. Regrowing a hand takes a shitton of mana. She doesn't have it. But Almelia does, and was holding her at the time. She subconsciously mana-drained Almelia (because it appears she can move other people's mana, not just her own, if she's in direct contact with them) to get the mana to repair her hand.IMO the overall chapter was decent for something axed. The bad part was how she won the fight. Axe-kun did a total ass pull to come up with that way out. She's never used it before and nobody else has even talked about it but now she's got imagine breaker! Wut?
So that's technically what happened in this fight is she mana-drained the mana he was using to do his physical strengthening, then used it to strengthen herself while she punched him. That's why she had to get caught by him first, to give her time to steal his mana while he was holding her before she could use it to hit him.
