If her repulsion is strong enough to push the blood out of your hand, she can cut blood flow to the brain just by grabbing the neck, causing total loss of blood pressure in the brain and immediate loss of consciousness. If she found a way to increase her repulsion radius, she could even cause significant internal hemorrhaging.
On the other hand, if her power affects herself that much, increasing her radius might be literally suicide. Big risk.
