Based solely on this author’s vibes, I’m gonna guess they won’t do something as cliche as “she’s also into Kurose,” and there has been a bit of focus lately on Haimiya’s past and her scars and how she hasn’t attended previous events and she just now feels like it might be ok to enjoy school again, so it would make sense to me if this girl is someone who used to bully Haimiya and is thinking now might be a good time to make more trouble.
