There is something called a 'heat of moment'. It's irrational.Like I said your point makes 0 sense in context of the story and your example makes even less. Shirasawa had no desire to be in a romantic relationship with her so why would he be mad. Based on your belief he thinks she's obsessed with Saiga so why would any sign of confirmation cause him anger. That's like me meeting a girl knowing she likes my brother, having sex with her, and then her saying she did it because I resemble my brother. Why would I be mad at something I already know? Wouldn't Shirasawa even going through with it show that he wasn't in the right state of mind? He's not someone that comes across as just wanting an easy sex partner so he clearly wasn't in the right headspace.
He was woken up by sexy woman passionately kissing him... He certainly had no place nor time to think about starving children in Africa. Joke, but you get the idea right?
