I still call bullshit on it, but at least we can finally move on and hopefully get more Ayano being awesome and less Nagisa.

Ooohohoho so she found her new self, a superior play style but it was too late and she was too tired... Her body couldn't keep up with her new playstyle I guess... But really, it is a little bullshit that Nagisa is even able to walk after the effect of the adrenaline runs off, I mean, she was like minutes away from breaking her fucking knee, she was pretty much as tired or even more tired than Ayano.
So I guess, if you thiiiiiiiink about it, the endurance of Nagisa was the winning factor, not that bullshit the old man said, is because Ayano stopped playing for so long and Nagisa keep on playing.

What I mean to say is, in a second match, you know who's going to win right?

so if not for screwing around in the beginning with that play style, ayano would have definitely won, right???

Seems like the subject got subdued since someone already spoiled that

Elena will really give the talk to Uchika in some chapters

So as improper as it is could someone break an analysis of pages 31 and 32(1)? It seemed so simple that I'm sure missing something...

Like against all odds the fact that Uchika took a page from Gin Freecs book? The same one that Goku once wrote, paid for his mistake with his life and later forgot about because it's Dragon Ball... The old trope that "a lion(ess) will throw his/her cubs from a cliff to make them stronger" seems full at play here... Can we add Saotome Genma and Monkey D. Garp although they play this trope for the sake of comedy? Like they say basically a Shounen staple?

It's problematic if I say that the anime only turned out the way it did cause they threw a "realistic light"(2)... into this? Almost like that perfect athlete/artist project that some accuse chinese moms from time to time? Probably I'm really way off about this one...

And last Hanesaki-san (a.k.a. Ayano's dad) role in all this... apparently he is always there but he suffers from the same thin shadow problem that afflicts Kuroko and Dororo... Should I say that it's pretty funny that he has a healthy marriage with Uchika, the only problem being that to his family Badminton > himself (like in page 23)?

Até mais ver
mr. Poneis

(1): The parallels with how Angelic Layer ended and How the Greed Island arc finished were astounding...

(2): Like the scene when Ayano breaks after learning about Connie is an anime original right?

Yeah, The knee-thing got downplayed into non-existence and that's bullshit. But it's still a great match. I just hope future matches won't last ten chapters.

Too bad the old man also hasn't get laid for years in this family of lions. The mom is voluptuous tho the old man must be crying himself out. Jk
