I could’ve Sworn in the early chapters around 120 or so that tarou had already deduced that ririsu was female & that he was purposefully acting dense until she herself tells him she’s female

Tarou, that was out of the world cruel. He already dealt with Ebino. Now it's Ibusukis turn. I'm quite sure he knows, she is a girl. That's the reason Eve went into glowmode (permanent or very often?). Knowing, that she is a girl, doesn't mean his first love has been fulfilled. Eve is still there. He wants to save Eve's life and therefore Ibusuki is a threat and has to go. He already decided on Eve. And maybe, if Ibusuki hates him enough, the flz-curse of hers is also lifted. If not, he'll figure something out later. Something along that line. Making her hate him is what some boys, who are fearful of change or being hurt, do to end the crush that a girl has on them. Stupid, right?

Ibusuki, that's what you get for just watching from the sidelines. First Ebino became aware of and acted along her feelings and now Tarou actively tries to get rid of you. I know you didn't want to hurt Eve back then, but it was also because you were afraid and chickened out.

Eve herself, as the Avatar of TarouXIbusuki itself, will be pissed beyond believe, when she hears about, what Tarou just did.

EDIT: The solution is sooo simple. Ibusuki and Eve should just merge and then Tarou should choose Ebino. Best end!

Well this is the point where the heroine should decide whether she keeps dressing up as a guy or reveal herself. Also shows the fact that he somehow can't let go of the past and those sweet memories they made. Looking forward to the next chapte.

Merge endings are stupid, it's just killing one of the heroines and giving the other a minor image change to "pretend" the MC is actually together with both of them without actually trying to make it an OT3.
