I hate the fact that the ending is always predestined in romance mangas... Authors will set the premise on chapter 1, and then introduce other girls to the story and pretend anything is going to happen with them at all... All the "character growth" that we see is a setup for MC to "realize" he actually likes the girl the author decided all along.
