the small text on page 3(?) probably says 界〇拳かな？ with the circle censoring the middle. it's 界王拳 (kaiouken) the move goku does to buff his power level. he's saying it's like goku's kaiouken because he can multiply his strength.

He's not exactly a summoner, per se. He's more like a necromancer. He has the dark attribute, and was able to summon the band of skeletons. Ogres are outside of his capability.

what's a wheel spin?

I believe I can answer this one for them. It's a reference to comments made on previous chapters about how the plot doesn't really seem to be going anywhere. It's a metaphor for a car stuck in snow, sand, or mud, just sitting there spinning its wheels without moving forward.

Bro should use necromancy to summon more skeleton to serve him, expand his force , making a guild or something and save his classmates, let them join his guild, kidnap the princess as well to extract info.
