The first "family" is more of a saying, so I left that intact.
For the second family I have changed it to "her people" instead of family, hopefully makes more sense.

I wouldn't rely on that if it were me. He's been shown to be able to revive himself fully healed, but what happens if a lesser healer stops you from dying and leaves you with a crippling injury once you're "fully healed" to the best of their ability?

I think it relates back to the salamander before. Guild master said it’d solve all his problems so it probably gave him the money needed to support the entire class and enough bargaining power to convince the city to take them all in. The legendary hero saved the entire city from an ancient monster And in an act of humbleness, asked only that we offer shelter to his friends. Has a pretty nice ring to it.

So dramatic. That doesn't have the weight it would if this was the first time this has happened. MC was disemboweled in the first chapter and he survived that so it feels like a pretty weak cliffhanger to run him through then have everyone be so concerned over him.
