This synopsis seems vagley familiar. I wonder if it was done by the same person(s) that did Isekai ni Tensei Shitara Zenra ni Sareta.

I try no to judge a series before I,.. you know, read it. I will see if this is worth reading or not when the time comes ( so long as it's rating doesn't bomb).

As for the recommendations, I feel proud to have read all if not most of those.

P.S. I would also like to add Dungeon Meshi to that list.

Never trust ratings until there are lots of it, everywhere. Some people like the translators or whoever are pretty much going to 10/10 all their works so that they get more readers (especially if they earn money from ads on their websites).

The synopsis written by this guy is always amazing though. Forever dripping in sarcasm.

I have read this web novel 39/147 and I'd say its a good one. So far there is no harem. This dude seems loyal on one girl.
EDIT: I have read up to 147/147. There's harem in the story, but the author didn't put harem tag in the series.. which is weird. Its kinda like SAO where there is 1 legal waifu and lots of mistresses, or you could say 1 main heroine with lots of sub heroine. The story is pretty good, he(MC) didn't hide his skills unlike other generic series where OP MC hide his skill for "normal" life. He says what he want to say, he do what he wanted to do, so its not feel like you're generic isekai/fantasy japanese breed where they keep silent and read the situation kind of shiz.

The main heroine is the demon king Laila. Its pretty good to see the romance going on between those two. For sub heroines there are Iris(guild boss), Miria(co-worker), Almeria(hero), Elvey(holy knight), Candy(former demon king army vampire), Roje(former demon king army dark elf) and etc.. it might grow more, can't help it the MC is OP and cool af (alpha). The story is please to read due to no hardcore jealousy from other male characters due to MC's charisma personality.

Oh, the plot sounded so awfully similar at first that I thought it was a novel I was already reading, but turns out it's another novel with a very similar plot, but with slight differences that might affect the plot in a major way. Interesting.
