I wonder if Touka actually needs to deal with some of the students before reaching the goddess. That would explain why we are getting relatively many pages spent on the others. Some of it has been used to developed Vysis's own character, yes, but it still feels like the others students ought to play a role, after all this. Unless they are merely there for worldbuilding.
