How has this arc been so much of just the same chapter over and over

Most people didn't start reading this for the other characters. Also, it's about the main character. It's even in the title and description that this story is about the MC. So when people say they don't care about these other people, it is understandable.

Then they should understand now that they will continue to be disappointed. This story will continue to include other characters in the story.

Aside from that, it's not unusual for stories to focus on multiple characters even though the title focuses on the main character. (E.g. Naruto, One Punch Man, Tanya the Evil, etc., etc.). So it's hardly surprising that Failure Frame does as well.

He certainly hasn't cleared all of golden eye monsters (they're not demons). The central monster area is huge. He only cleared a small part of it in the middle (prior to meeting the witch) plus a narrow path as he travels north to the battle.

That said, it's only the ones that were fairly close to the white castle got summoned to the battle.

In short, there might be more monsters coming. But the bigger danger are the demons because the demons have an aoe debuff that works on all native soldiers (but not the otherworld heroes).

This is a crucial northern battle. It takes a while. And for this story, the other characters are important. It's not all about the MC.

Probably in second half of this chapter. If not, then following chapter for sure. But I bet its the former.

The other characters only important after they earned my trust or support. So far, none of the student feels relevant to the story and it's not my fault for not caring about them.

Looks at Arifureta and see how it did the same premise far better. Suddenly hamfisting an IMPORTANT arc just for the cheap emotion is just a bad writing.

A cavalry charge into a non-formation like that is usually effective. Just seems there are way too many of them to maintain a charge, and once the horses stop, they're not nearly as effective.

Where is Touka Mimori??? I thought he would appear in this chapter

I wonder how Touka's gonna pop off presumably next chapter. Paralyze the summoning plant? Berserk or Dark the mobs? Whatever he does, it can't be too flashy or he'll blow his cover, but it also needs to be effective enough to save everyone's asses.

It will be a time skip and we'll see the MC being old and sitting around a campfire eating superior japanese rice and raw eggs.

Yeah seems like you might want to only send a small portion for the doomsday device while holding the rest to either hold the line or be reinforcements for the team that's trying to break through.

I recommend reading the Light Novel if you like the story/characters/world...
The story has more contents and it's easier to get in some character's perspective. In a Manga you have to cut some contents

And where Failure Frame's manga only complain the MC is not there, So I'm a Spider so What?'s Manga only complain they can't follow the story and the story is not compelling anymore. Well that's exactly what happes when you cut half the story. Glad Failure Frame didn't follow this route.
