Me and dark were talking about how the tls were a bit different from the actual raws. But we ruled it out as "I'm sure he's just localizing it". (I'm not from an english speaking country.) But now I'm sure he's using Google tl.

Let me explain in short.
Just as "onnanoko" refers as a girl not a "onna no ko," the child of a woman.

Similarly, he, in this case Google tl misinterpreted it as "itoko no ko" which literally means child of a cousin. Rather than "child cousin"

In English it should just be cousin because there is no term for child cousin.

Everything Ninsaburo-san just said sounds VERY good for Sumire's financial prospects. That said, it can still happen though, if for example, Ninsaburo herself prefers women.
