Said crown prince also didn't give enough support to Zeu to hinder his task to prove himself, so I'd say turnabout is fair game.
(also the beast nation still have both the herbs and the promise so if Zeu decide to declare war it'll still be valid, as unlikely as it'll be after the debt he'll owe to Allen with all this)
