This was average as best. Almost dropped the manga twice, as the start of both couples is so cringy. Pushed through because of the low number of chapters and the positive comments.

And for what payoff? Only the MC grows, and the ending is superficial and by the numbers. I don't regret reading this, I just don't have anything good to say about it.

Should chapter 14 be marked as the end? Or is there some bonus chapters from the final volume coming?

Holy shit, just finished reading this and it's such a good story. I love the interactions between all of the characters, though I'm a little sad that Ema's love story wasn't fleshed out at all. But overall, really happy with the story, and for some reason, it genuinely made me super melancholic like halfway through. Not in a bad way, maybe jealousy idk. Still though, loved reading it, I truly wish there was more but ig I'll check out the author's other works

This was a really great story, albeit having a very rushed ending. I just wished they could’ve fleshed out each character. We never really got the deep dive on Hibiki’s relationship with her father. Ema was pretty much a tall wallpaper. She did not have any plot that can be explored (perhaps this mysterious person she always meets could be a fleshed out). Sakiko too and why she was living the way she was back then before being obsessed with Chika.

Overall, I’d give this a 8/10. I’m pretty lenient in rushed endings as I understand how yuri works are, most of the time, not as popular in Japan as it is here and mostly international fans are reading it. The story was great! It’s just that it needed maybe 5 or more chapters to flesh out and resolve other plots. Still, it wasn’t a bad read, it’s actually one of the great yuri stories I’ve read (except angst, sad, and violent ones since I don’t like those).
