so the thing that i remembered is the cover is that the father / uncle have a rifle on his hand... the story is that the human population suddenly missing and theres only this 2 daughter or 1 daughter and 1 her friend and her father being the inhabitant of japan... they goes somewhat of an adventure and stopped by a flooded underpass or tunnel to take a shower and the father lose the car key and trying to find it without telling his daughter that there is a problem...... the world is semi apocalyptic... just alot of people missing and infastructure went flooded or in state of disrepair since no one is there.... and the house also has a farm
