So I'll save you all some time.. having flipped through the raws for the next 50 chapters this is the most degenerate thing that happens by a very VERY long shot.. like the rest of the manga is so tame and uninteresting it's basically boring. The tone is so different (it barely touches on the S&M elements) the mangaka clearly just used it as Ch1 bait. That said, the latest chapters appear to be a litttle bit more spicy but yea maybe one to put on the back burner for a bit for a bit... although I wouldnt be surprised if the translators get bored themselves and drop it.
