From my past experience with the genre, I'd say that it fits the description enough to have a ryona tag. It's quite literally a kind of "sexual violence".

I don't think we actually had a likable character that isn't just an extra yet. The MC is so good it's annoying, the guy is pretty much a rapist, the sister and brother aren't real characters (i honestly forget about them when they aren't on the screen), the girl is too much of a masochist (and torture of course).... Oh i guess the pig is nice, probably the only character for whom i felt sorry when he was injured, so i guess i can just root for pig to... i dunno? He seems pretty happy already

The Pig is similar in sadism as Adachi as they're in synergy while controlling but likes to be a sub, pedophile probably too since she's praising to not be a virgin or is one while calling Akiba a 4-eyed one...
