I've read the existing English light novel volumes(13 so far out), and at least yet he hasn't banged Prez, only the three dungeon emperors. Are you referencing a newer Japanese volume that hasn't been published in English yet?

As I understand it - it is more of psychological bond at this stage, as pretty much he never forced any one of them into anything that they wouldn’t be delighted to do themselves (as far as I saw). They could be, though -- V7 is very clear on that, specifically in regards to the bitch squad who wear the sexiest underwear Haruta has made for them on the daily in hopes that he will command them at some random moment.

Volume seven, man. It violates at least half a dozen Amazon content rules but somehow still stays up -- as a general audiences title, at that.

question to LN readers: is there a deeper lore reason why she wanted him to use manipulation on her?

Basically is a byproduct of having the "Loner" Skill (can't form parties), so the workaround is "Servitude", that way she can stay with him and indulge in all his whims (honestly, don't know why the group is translating as "Manipulation", I guess because the change of tone considering the LN/WN is more spicy?)

Wait, so far (haven't read the lastest volume) he only did with the Dungeon Emperors, and all the girls are pushing Prez to offering herself to the Sex God... XD is there a new development in Vol 14?

I did remember reading about him banging the three Dungeon Emperor girls.
But as for Prez, it's based on what others had said regarding the LN, so it's probably based on untranslated official content.

Anime completely followed the Manga version, rather than Light Novel.
So, i doubt that it would suddenly follow LN, if it gets another Season.
It's common system, aka., if the source is LN they stick with it for future Seasons. Similarly if the source is Manga, they would stick with it until end.
I know atleast two other series, whose multiple Seasons are based on Manga adaptations rather than LN, because there is significant difference in story between the two (which is actually not that common between LN & Manga adaptations, usually the difference are only minor ones).

I wouldn't call it toned down because of modern global audience, more like Author & Publication changing it to target more age groups, and changing the plot to more fit with the title.

I mean, the publisher of Loner Life LN & Manga is the same as the one which publishes Arifureta, Intergalactic Empire, and many other series with risque art & illustrations.

The changes could also be to focus more on the story's "Loner" aspect. I mean a real Loner wouldn't go around banging bunch of girls. He would try to emotionally stay away from almost all relationships as much as possible, like MC is doing in the Manga by in a way creating an emotional barrier between himself and the others, especially against the girls (plus the Author using Prez as a beacon to stay moral for MC).
