"Infidelity is fine and excusable because she's just so unhappy in her marriage"...like, then just get divorced? It's the lazy NTR logic you'd expect from your average subpar hentai doujin, with a cast of very situationally blind characters who perpetuate the ongoing "plot" through tired tropes and constant lack of awareness.

Honestly the manga's making light of a very problematic scenario built into its central premise, and of course it'll all magically work out because the author will handwave any and all realism in how the rest of the cast will receive the news that Mizuki has been fucking Hinata this whole time.

Mizuko should tell Hazuki she's not happy in her marriage, and then actually do something about it. Because right now she's trying to have her cake and eat it too, and while I get the series is clearly going for lighthearted hearwarming infidelity-isn't-problematic, it feels like wasted potential when the light tone comes at the cost of character writing.

I doubt he's going to be quite that supportive. But neither seem interested in their own marriage. The dad hasn't even stopped by to visit his daughter once, not even over one of the breaks. Both parties would probably take any excuse for a divorce. The mom could probably just comes out of the closet to him, and then they divorce on the basis of a healthy sex life not being possible.
