Just like what happened that one time for Ritz, this chapter has us all suffering a serious and debilitating case of Sieglinde Deficiency.
She appears only in that single panel on page 2 and not again in the rest of the chapter. It might be the least Sieg-focused chapter in the series so far.
It's understandable Ritz doesn't do anything about soldiers drinking on duty, seeing how the dude is too soft for his own good, but I don't see how Sieg, a former career officer in the military, would tolerate that for a single second.
