Some groups use watermarked raws to scanlate.
Although it is still better than nothing, such bad quality can decrease the readers' enjoyment (and it is not even compliant with Mangadex's rules if the watermarks are obstrusive).

But there is hope! =)

It turns out the watermarking process can be reverse-engineered in some cases. Although it requires some work, it can allow to remove most of a watermark, and to make the result much easier for cleaners/redrawers to deal with.

If you're interested about the un-watermarking project, you can get information on this blog: https://firemark.mangadex.com/

If you want an example of un-watermarking's results, have a close look at the very first chapters of Return Survival:
- watermarked version: https://mangadex.org/chapter/852890/2
- un-watermarked version: https://mangadex.org/chapter/855188/3

The tech is nice, but your example is :| from a Kakao series. One chapter barely costs $0.20 on there, there really is no need to get hugely watermarked raws from shitty aggregators in the first place (no watermarks on Kakao and it's extremely easy to rip from).
