But those strategies were considered fair play and meta by the previous generation. Look at how excited the muscle brain teacher was when she used those strategies and tactics instead of just being a brainless meathead. Which is why their are more and more students knights that have mush for brains like Traugott who only thinks of bum rushing things.
Also poor Moo Deng, got feed a Super Senzu Bean that was laced with a super nasty tasting, but effective, power up potion as his last meal. I don't know why but I kind of felt sorry for it.
cheese strats aren't defined by what was once standard but isn't anymore. cheese strats are defined as strategies that can and will only work once as a suprise. actual strategies and those that are seen as honorable are ones that an opponent has to work hard to defend against or lose even more aka it's a lose lose situation. the attack on the faybeast before the enemy is in position is a legitemate strategy that much is true but the rest aren't. hunting a weak faybeast could easily be countered by just attacking it before it arrives in the circle or moving myne(as she pointed out) the ruelle faystone problem is easily countered by a person just standing in the trajectory way with a shield. the diving attack is useless when you put one person on shielding duty and they start a countercharge of mana or just take down cornelius as he's charging it. there are plenty of ways to defeat each cheese strat easily and that's what makes them a cheese strat that they are easily defeated with no effeort or negligible difference in commitment.Eh. Attacking while the enemy is still bringing the beast back to their circle, isn’t a cheese strat. If anything, it was the meta strategy back when people used to play this game all the time
