Beno's paniced reaction about them looking down on Fran is correct. They may see grey priests as orphans, but the head attendent of a noble is like their 2nd parent. You can literally lose your exclusivity with the noble if they take a grudge against you.
Thats because it isnt important now, but it will be important in the future plots all the way to volume 5

Let's see... Part 1 is 3 volumes in the LN and 7 in the manga. Part 2 is 4 volumes in the LN and we're currently in volume 9 in the manga, I feel like we'll prolly get another couple volumes, but it's been a while since I've gone for a re-read to know for sure where we are.
Rosina is perhaps a little TOO attached to music. She is to music what Myne is to books. For her it's not homework or even actual work, it's "Praise the Gods, more music!"

The one down side of anime having limited time is they will always shave down these sort of world building/character building content for side characters.
Some amusing spoilers:
Once she get her 'adjustable' flying mount the others eventually gave in to her argument that it's more efficient for her to mass transport people/things when she need to than using horse carriage to transfer them.
Some usage include:
Transport all her printing/paper making team members to another city to have them teach the residents how to start those industry.
Transport all newly-orphaned noble children to the temple.
Turn it into basically small house so they don't have to camp out in the wild.

4 songs, and not just anime songs...I could hope for Wagakki Band, Yorushika or at least something half decent, but it'll probably be some idol rubbish. In Alan Moore's Top Ten (highly recommended) one of the jokes was Smax' singing sword singing Abba's Dancing Queen as he went to battle with the immortal first born dragon Morningbright. Pretty hilarious, maybe Myne should take a leaf from that and sing Fernando to him.
